Strange really, if you consider that we are the only mammal that still consumes dairy products in adulthood. Of course you need proteins, but they are also found in fruit and green leafy vegetables. Nature arranges that very well for us. Moreover, glucose is an even more important fuel for your muscles. Glucose is mainly found in fruit. In addition, it is important that we eat products that contain valuable nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and fiber. Many products today – such as white bread and white pasta – contain empty calories. Your body can't do much with that. Healthy weight loss is about feeding well and not filling. By eating a lot of fruit and healthy products such as salads and zucchini spaghetti, and also exercising regularly and relaxing, you change your lifestyle in a positive way.
Eat a lot, still lose weight
Losing weight has nothing to do with being hungry. After all, your body needs fuel. By eating as many unprocessed products as possible, you lose weight faster. People we help lose weight often say: 'I have to eat a lot. Still I'm losing weight!' That's how it works if you feed your body well instead of filling it.
